What does Business Mobile Banking cost?There's no fee for using our business mobile banking. However, you do need a Pioneer Trust Bank account to use mobile banking, and it's possible your actual account may have a cost associated with it. It's also possible your mobile phone service provider may charge for text messages and/or web access - check your plan for details. Do I need a special phone or device?Yes. While we developed business mobile banking to work with virtually all of today’s smartphones and the most popular mobile service providers, if you are utilizing an older flip phone, you will not have business mobile banking available to you. Will it work with my tablet?While the application will run on iPads and Android tablets, it is currently designed specfically with phone use in mind. Will it work with my mobile carrier?AT&T/Cingular, Sprint, Verizon, T-Mobile, Virgin Mobile USA, US Cellular, CellSouth, nTelos, Nextel/Boost (part of Sprint), Alltel (part of Verizon), RCC (part of Verizon), Centennial and SunCom (part of T-Mobile). |
What happens if my account access is locked?Call us at (888) 960-3136 during business hours and we’ll unlock it after assuring it is you making the request. I think I lost my mobile device - now what?You can disable mobile banking on your device at any time from within online banking. Or call us at (888) 960-3136 during business hours. We can either un-enroll your device or suspend the service until you confirm the phone is actually lost. I get text messages from friends and family. Why can't I get messages from Pioneer Trust Bank?Text message banking is only supported in the personal mobile banking application and is not available in business mobile banking. I'm an ACH customer, can I utilize ACH services through my device?If you are utilizing the ACH Manager product currently offered and are authorized to utilize ACH services in the business mobile banking app, then you will have access to the ACH system through your mobile device. |
