There’s no fee for using our business mobile banking. However, you do need a Pioneer Trust Bank account to use mobile banking, and it’s possible your actual account may have a cost associated with it. It’s also possible your mobile phone service provider may charge for text messages and/or web access – check your plan for details.

Yes. While we developed business mobile banking to work with virtually all of today’s smartphones and the most popular mobile service providers, if you are utilizing an older flip phone, you will not have business mobile banking available to you.

You can use our service if:

  • You have an iPhone or Android mobile device.

While the application will run on iPads and Android tablets, it is currently designed specifically with phone use in mind.

AT&T/Cingular, Sprint, Verizon, T-Mobile, Virgin Mobile USA, US Cellular, CellSouth, nTelos, Nextel/Boost (part of Sprint), Alltel (part of Verizon), RCC (part of Verizon), Centennial and SunCom (part of T-Mobile).

You can disable mobile banking on your device at any time from within online banking. Or call us at (888) 960-3136 during business hours. We can either un-enroll your device or suspend the service until you confirm the phone is actually lost.

Text message banking is only supported in the personal mobile banking application and is not available in business mobile banking.

If you are utilizing the ACH Manager product currently offered and are authorized to utilize ACH services in the business mobile banking app, then you will have access to the ACH system through your mobile device.
