Service Outage – Online & Mobile App

Pioneer Trust Bank’s online banking portal and mobile application services will be unavailable from Friday, March 19th at 3:00pm through Sunday, March 21st for system updates.  Services are expected to be restored at 8:00am on Monday, March 22nd.

When logging into online banking on Monday, March 22nd, all users will need to create new security questions.

Personal online banking users will be able to set up security questions through the online banking portal or through the mobile application. Business online banking users will only be able to set up security questions through the online banking portal. Once new security questions have been set, all users will be able to access online banking through the mobile application or online banking portal.
