We are aware of a technical issue regarding the next “Payment Due Date” on some of the July credit card statements, as well as the online account details in MyCardStatement. Some statements and accounts are showing an incorrect payment due date of 07/03/18; the correct date should be 08/03/2018.
Although the statement and online date is wrong, we have verified account records correctly reflect both the July payments processed and the correct payment due date. Not all accounts were impacted by this issue.
