Pioneer Trust Bank has launched an update to our Business Online Banking Platform!
We know from your feedback that our website and online services are a primary information source so we’re upgrading our Business Online Banking Platform and giving it a visual makeover at the same time.
Existing Business Online Banking users will notice a few differences. One of the new features that has been added are account alerts. This allows you to set up real time alerts around transaction details of your choosing.
Alerts allow you to:
- Monitor Account Changes
- Avoid Overdrafts & Fees
We offer the following alerts in the system:
- Low Balance Alerts
- Debit Card Alerts – Large Transactions
- Direct Deposit Alerts
- Withdrawal Alerts
- Loan Alerts – Payment Due & Payment Received
- CD & IRA Alerts
Alerts are very flexible. You are able to choose the accounts you want to alert from, the dollar threshold of the alert, and the delivery channel: Online, Email, or Text.
